The MatEsElla initiative is a joint proposal between the Royal Spanish Mathematical Society and the Spanish Association of Executives and Counselors to promote the scientific or business career among female students of the degree or master in STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). It also seeks to enhance the career of researchers who participate as mentors.
